Ronaldo to be Lil Wayne's first client in the rapper's imminent sports management company

TMZ - Cristiano Ronaldo is about to become a YOUNG MONEY CASH MONEY BILLIONAIRE ... because sources tell TMZ Sports Lil Wayne is starting his own sports management company and Ronaldo will be client #1.

Our sources tell us ... Weezy has been wanting to get into the sports management game for a while and has had his sights set on the Team Portugal stud ... not just because he's a huge sports star, but because they're friends.

We're told Weezy's company will be working with PolarisSports -- which is affiliated with the CAA agency and GestiFute -- through which Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes operates.

Our sources tell us Wayne's company will handle Ronaldo's sports management affairs in the United States -- everything from branding to marketing and endorsement deals. Even modeling.

Seems Ronaldo is pumped about the situation -- he just posted a photo with the Prime Minister of Japan along with other Japanese politicians ... and they were all throwing up the YMCMB sign.

I get it, celebrities are going to blow each other, that's going to happen and nothing anybody does is going to stop it. But is this real life right now? Cristiano Ronaldo is going to have lil Wayne handle his PR in the United States? Lil Wayne? The guy who can't stay out of jail for more than 2 weeks at a time and who speaks unintelligible english? You saw this deposition and thought, "Wow, what a well spoken and measured individual, he sure knows how to make himself likeable"?

Ronaldo has to be in the top 3 most marketable athletes in the world! News flash, idiot! You don't need gimmicks to sell your brand! As long as you continue looking like a chiseled god and scoring goals that'll take care of itself. Lil Wayne is no Jay-Z, there is pretty much a 0% chance this partnership would benefit Ronaldo in any tangible way. Quit it with throwing up YMCMB gang signs with Japanese ambassadors Ronny, you look like a fucking douchewagon.
