So now not only are Suarez and his teammates/coach defending Suarez, the entire country is taking his side. Wow, who could have seen that coming? Except wait, I blogged it right when the incident happened saying he was fucking idolized in his country and I guarantee nobody in Uruguay gives a flying fuck about what he does on the field as long as Uruguay win.
You could provide hundreds of angles or video evidence and HD resolution pictures of bite marks on Chiellini's shoulder, none of it will damage his legacy in Uruguay, the guy is untouchable. He's brought more happiness to Uruguayan fans in the past 5 years than Uruguay had had in over 60 years. Mere facts aren't gonna change anybody's mind, so no, I don't expect these Uruguayan media outlets to go back on their word saying that the British media is stirring shit up unnecessarily. As long as you ask them he tripped and everybody is making a big deal out of nothing. H8rs gonna h8, y'all.
p.s. Think these guys might be a tiny bit upset about the ban?
