Klinsmann says he won't play for draw against Germany

Fuck yeah. Look, as prudent as it might be to sit back and hold out for a draw, nobody wants to fucking watch that. It would make for a really poor ending to one of the most exciting groups of this year's World Cup. Not only that, but the USA needs to keep building on their results if they want to have success against Belgium or whoever they end up playing in the next round. The USA were, honestly, shit against Ghana before going out and putting in a great performance against Portugal. If they were to play for a tie against Germany it would seem like taking a step back when they should be building on their positive momentum. If they can play like they did against Portugal and if Bradley gets his head out of his ass for one game this World Cup, they have a real chance at making it to at least the quarter finals, regardless of what happens against Germany.

Germany may win on Thursday, but if the US plays them tough you have to love their chances against whoever makes it out of group H to face them. Who believes?
