Another reason Nueuer's game yesterday was absolute insanity. Not only did he run more than a field player, he ran more than a center midfielder. That's supposed to be the position where you run the most out of anybody on the field! I get that its an old Pirlo who sits in and dictates play more than running box to box, but still. Absurd that a guy who could get away with picking his nose for 88 minutes and spend the other two taking goal kicks ran more than one of the most involved players in the game.
